@mroutley for what it’s worth, a few months ago I moved away from DayOne to Obsidian. I created a workflow that automatically grabs date, time, and location as front matter for my entries when I save it. It’s been great. I also backup Strava to Obsidian. I plan to blog on this soon.

@ericmwalk even if it’s forever a part 1, it stands well on its own 😀 I was thinking during my run today that this would be a good excuse to connect on a run, I’d love a tour as I’ve run in this general area before but haven’t explored the Birch Island area.
