Two hours of email service transfer troubleshooting with my Dad… Net result is he’s on a better service so I’m glad for that.
My thoughts throughout my run were primarily on how unpredictable and dangerous the ice is this morning. The timing of this in relation to my last update is not lost on me 😕
Seriously though, stay safe running or even walking out there today.
As a Minnesotan and parent of young kids in public school, I’ve never been so intimidated as I am by ICE entering the state and “protecting us”.
There was no credible threat before ICE showed up here and started this madness. I have no trust in the practices being used and things are far more dire than they were a week ago.

Another Gopher Football season is in the books
2025 was my 25th consecutive season as a Gopher Football season ticket holder. Their performance at home was great, on the road…not so much. I’m really pleased with the gameday experience on campus and in the stadium. The fans are showing up and it’s a great atmosphere. For me as well as the whole fam. :)
